Strange, 0:18 is a hat that spawned on my characters head yesterday on a nightly foot patrol. What's even more odd to me is that I didn't start out with it, I started to notice it when looking down a dark alley until I noticed a new addition to my head. I liked till it despawn as soon going into the station to end the shift.
